1. The frame and box are made of 1.0mm thick international cold rolled steel plate by rolling and bending. The metal surface is treated with acid pickling, phosphating and other chemical rust prevention treatment, and then sprayed with epoxy resin high-voltage electrostatic powder to ensure that the steel frame is not rusted and corroded. The screw hole connected with the connector is welded by pull riveting welding process. After welding, the surface is flat without welding point trace. All the screws of the support frame are connected by national standard hexagonal stainless steel screws, with good corrosion resistance, tight and strong, and no deformation under long-term load. In addition, the functional structure can be adjusted according to the actual special needs.

2. The table top adopts imported Qiansi board table top or Sino US joint venture Fumei plus solid core physical and chemical board table top, with a standard thickness of 12.7mm, strong acid-base resistance and various organic reagents, good scratch resistance and not easy to bend and deform. In order to ensure better load-bearing and bending resistance, the edge is thickened to 25.4mm, and the four sides are polished.

3. The reagent rack adopts 1.5mm aluminum alloy double-sided chute type molded column, and the laminate adopts 12mm high-quality glass, which can freely and steplessly adjust the height. There are oval molded guardrails on both sides, which are designed to prevent collision and container falling. After pickling, phosphating and other chemical antirust treatment, the metal surface is sprayed with epoxy resin electrostatic powder to ensure that the profile is not rusted and corroded. Various functional facilities can be configured, such as power socket, etc.

4. High quality anchor shall be adopted φ 25mm stainless steel screw is combined with high-strength nylon, which has the functions of anti-skid and shock absorption, adjustable height (adjustable height is 20mm), anti acid and alkali corrosion, strong bearing capacity and so on.

5. The slide rail adopts DTC high-quality three section silent slide rail. After pickling, phosphating and other chemical antirust treatment, the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin high-voltage electrostatic powder to ensure no rust and corrosion. The pumping is light and smooth, no noise, high strength, long-term load does not deform, and has automatic homing design.   

6. The hinge adopts DTC high-quality 175 degree fully open hinge, which has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, no noise, no rebound, good strength and long service life. The pool part adopts stainless steel hinge.

7. The handle adopts aluminum alloy concealed handle, which is beautiful and practical.

8. The water basin is made of high-density PP material, which is acid-base resistant, strong corrosion resistant (such as aqua regia), with a wall thickness of 7mm, flat and without deformation; Surface texture: the groove edge surface is treated as leather texture, which is consistent with the surface texture of most of the table panels and resistant to engraving and scraping; Accessories: high density PP water removal filter and water blocking cover, PP water removal cage. The size is 800 * 420 * 330500 * 400 * 300380 * 270 * 270.

9. The faucet adopts laboratory special thickened copper moulded triple or single faucet, the valve adopts porcelain valve, and the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin to prevent acid and alkali, corrosion and heat. Wall remote control water valve, 90 degree rotation, service life, 500000 times of switching, static maximum withstand voltage of 20 PA.

10. The socket is Matsumoto brand, special for the laboratory, multi-functional three prevention (anti-corrosion, dust prevention and waterproof) integrated socket. The support adopts steel trapezoidal seamless structure. After pickling, phosphating and other chemical rust prevention treatment on the surface, it is sprayed with epoxy resin high-voltage electrostatic powder to ensure no rust and corrosion. It is used together with the socket.
