PP test bench is mainly used in laboratories with high requirements for acid-base environment, because PP material has excellent acid resistance. Compared with the test bench of other materials, the excellent acid-base resistance can be engaged in higher-intensity acid-base experiments. It can not be replaced by other material test-bed. It can be applied to high-intensity acid-base experiment.
1. Cabinet body: it is made of 8 ~ 10mm thick porcelain white imported PP board, which is completed by seamless welding test to ensure the firmness and tightness of the cabinet body.
2. Table top: made of PP polypropylene porcelain white 20mm material. Other options: solid core physical and chemical board, epoxy resin board, ceramic board.
3. Slide rail: it is welded by hand, with self sliding system.
4. Handle: it is made of PP abrasive tool by one-time injection molding. Optional stainless steel 304 or aluminum alloy.
5. Hinge: it is made of PP abrasive tool by one-time injection molding. Stainless steel 304 is selected.
6. Socket: it is made of PP abrasive tool by one-time injection molding, with waterproof function and equipped with high-quality multi-functional socket. Selectable current 10A, 20a, 30A. Cabinet connection mode: automotive professional high-strength PP screw or stainless steel screw.
7. Screw PP material, optional stainless steel 304 material.
8. The adjusting foot is made of stainless steel SUS304, and the bottom is lined with waterproof nylon collar. It has shockproof, anti-corrosion and anti-skid functions, and the adjustable level is 50mm ± 10%.
