PP material fume hood
PP fume hoods are mainly used in laboratories with high requirements for acid-base environment, because PP material has excellent acid resistance. Compared with fume hoods made of other materials, it has excellent acid-base resistance and can be used in acid-base experiments with higher intensity. It can not be replaced by other materials. It can be applied to high-intensity acid-base experiment.
one Cabinet body: 8mm Porcelain White PP plate is welded into one, and the four corners are designed with "square tube structure" and "t" structure. After CNC precise cutting and processing, the same color and same quality electrode is welded and modified, and the surface has no acute angle.
two Table top: made of 12mm PP board, with excellent acid and alkali resistance. The sink on the fume hood table is configured according to the user's requirements. Or use physical and chemical board material table.
three Sliding door: the suspension steel cable of the regulating door: it is made of authentic nylon coated steel cable (non PVC plastic coated), and the window is made of 5mm tempered glass.
four Lighting: LED integrated lighting tube is adopted, and the whole tube and line are separated from the cabinet.
five Exhaust system: internal three-stage exhaust design. The diameter of air outlet is 250 or 310mm.
six Socket: the socket adopts three hole multifunctional socket with PP corrosion-resistant and splash proof cover plate specially used in the laboratory, with 4 sockets as standard.
seven Small water cup: all PP material, including water hose.
eight Faucet: Copper spray plastic single faucet.
nine Control panel: LCD touch control panel.
ten Regulating door
a. Regulating door glass: made of 4mm thick transparent acrylic glass, with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
b. Adjusting door frame: thick Porcelain White PP plate c-groove, embedded combination to ensure safety and durability.
c. Hanging steel cable of regulating door: the steel cable of regulating door of each fume hood is connected.
d. Balance counterweight of regulating valve: it adopts the design of segmentless counterweight box, and its up and down journey is limited by silent track to avoid shaking and collision.
