1、 FRP fume hood (polymer composite structure)

Upper box part

a、 Shell: imported high polymer composite material, processed by unique process and molded by mold. The surface is finely polished, with bright and bright color, high strength and good chemical corrosion resistance. The whole cabinet is made of resin and matched with the color paste imported from Britain. 50 years without deformation, color fading, aging, peeling, rust, corrosion and water, which completely overcomes the defects of easy paint peeling and rust of steel fume hood.

It can be opened up and down flexibly and conveniently with low noise. The maximum range that can be opened up and down is 800mm. The rubber damping cushion block is designed at the bottom of the sliding door, which solves the problems of rust, corrosion, discoloration and beauty of the fume hood in the harsh environment with high concentration of acid and alkali and heavy water and gas.

The table top adopts imported solid core physical and chemical board (standard thickness is 12.7mm), and the surrounding edges are locked and thickened. Or 20mm thick all FRP integrated table top is adopted.

Lower box part
