Stainless steel fume hood shell: the cabinet body is formed by bending and welding of 1.2mm thick high-quality stainless steel plate. Lining plate: it is made of high-quality 5mm thick anti Beite plate, which is resistant to strong acid and alkali, corrosion and high temperature. The deflector adopts three-stage design to ensure that all kinds of volatile chemical gases with different densities and molecular weights are quickly and completely discharged in the cabinet. Back plate: high quality 1mm cold rolled steel plate, upper and lower box split structure, convenient for maintenance.
Stainless steel fume hood window: 8mm thick explosion-proof glass window is adopted in the organic laboratory to effectively resist the airflow impact of combustion and explosion experiment and play an important role in protecting the safe operation of laboratory personnel. The counterweight is designed with stepless speed change balance weight, and the window can rise and fall freely. At the same time, at the vertical closing position between the window and the workbench, it is ensured that when the window is closed and the fan is still working, there will be no negative pressure in the cabinet.
Steel cable pulley block of stainless steel fume hood: it is made of imported ball bearing and steel bearing center rod. The pulley is made of imported nylon pulley with diameter of 73mm, which has good corrosion resistance.

Technical requirements for stainless steel fume hood
(1) Stainless steel fume hood shall have reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and fine process, and different materials shall be adopted according to the chemical properties of specific toxic and harmful substances to ensure its durability and corrosion resistance.
(2) Stainless steel fume hood shall meet the following technical requirements:
a. Special three-stage deflector technology is adopted to effectively eliminate dead corners.
b. The optimized air supply system can completely eliminate the turbulence in the cabinet.
c. The inner wall shall be fully closed and seamless, and there shall be no metal parts (non screw or rivet) in the working area.
d. Closed internal light source is adopted to facilitate experimental monitoring and ensure safety. The illumination must meet the working requirements.
e. The mobile window adopts explosion-proof sliding door design, which can rise and fall freely without sliding, and the operation is safe.
f. The side plate of the maintenance surface can be removed to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of water, electricity and gas circuits.
g. The average wind speed on the surface of the fume hood shall be 0.5m/s (M / s).
h. Noise requirements: when the door of the fume hood is half open, the distance from the inside of the fume hood door shall be less than 55 dB.
i. The fume hood shall be provided with opening display (not simple three gears or several gears).
j. The fume hood is equipped with a window half open limit device and an alarm device.
k. The fume hood is required to have a bypass air make-up system.
l. The electric control system of the fume hood shall be touch type, with reasonable functional zoning and clear identification.
m. With emergency exhaust device (in case of emergency, the exhaust air volume can be turned to the maximum by one key operation).
n. Explosion proof requirements: the sliding door on the front of the fume hood shall be 6mm thick tempered glass and attached with a special glass film for the laboratory (to prevent the corrosion of the glass and ensure a good line of sight).
o. The lower cabinet of the fume hood is equipped with an exhaust device (the air volume can be adjusted according to the nature of the stored drugs, and the control display is provided for convenient operation).
p. The circuit in the fume hood is required to be equipped with primary and secondary circuit protection system (circuit alarm switch is required). The load of electric heating equipment shall not be less than (2 + 3), with a total of 5KVA.
1. Ventilation quality requirements for stainless steel fume hood:
(1) The whole ventilation system is medium pressure system (500 PA < P ≤ 1500 Pa =, low pressure system (P ≤ 500 PA). The air velocity in the main pipe is about 8-14 M / S (M / s), and the air velocity in the branch pipe is about 6-8 M / S (M / s).
(2) Each ventilation device can be operated independently without affecting each other.
(3) The air distribution is reasonable, the exhaust is smooth, there is no odor overflow, and the gas emission meets the national emission standards.
(4) The inner wall of the main pipe of the ventilation system shall be smooth to reduce the indoor transmission of noise. At the same time, the outer wall of the pipe well shall be consistent with the indoor decoration, beautiful and durable
2. Noise and vibration reduction requirements of stainless steel fume hood:
(1) The noise is less than 55dB.
(2) In order to reduce noise, appropriate muffler must be selected.
(3) Due to the large vibration of large centrifugal fan during operation, vibration reduction measures must be taken for the fan in order to prevent its vibration from affecting the surrounding environment; the noise and vibration generated by the fan during operation shall not be transmitted to the laboratory on each floor through the air duct.
3. Requirements for ventilation control system of stainless steel fume hood:
In order to make the exhaust volume of each single equipment meet the use requirements and ensure that each ventilation equipment does not affect the normal operation of other ventilation equipment when operating alone, the following measures must be taken:
(1) Each equipment is equipped with an air regulating valve, which can adjust the air volume by adjusting the opening of the air regulating valve;
(2) The fan must be able to operate continuously for a long time (> 24 hours)
(3) Unidirectional emission control: in order to prevent the discharged gas from backpouring into the exhaust duct and laboratory, unidirectional control technology shall be adopted in the fan and roof exhaust duct to prevent backpouring of sand dust and toxic and harmful substances.
Fume hood water and electricity system
1. Power supply for fume hood: 220V for indoor unit and 380V for outdoor unit. In order to ensure the normal operation of the fume hood, the fume hood generally adopts special line power supply and uses power lines in line with international standards. The specifications are: 220V power line is more than 2.5 square meters and 380V power line is more than 8 square meters.
2. The power line must be set with ground wire protection device.
3. The distribution box shall be set beside or near the fume hood.
4. If the fume hood is equipped with water supply and drainage facilities, the upper and lower water pipes must be reserved according to the manufacturer's design drawings (the diameter of the upper water pipe is 20mm, the diameter of the lower water pipe is 50mm, and the reserved height is 200mm), and the upper water pipe must be equipped with a special ceramic core or copper core water supply valve.
Precautions for use of fume hood
1. Check whether the power supply voltage is in accordance with the regulations of the fume hood, and check the exhaust motor regularly. If any problem is found, please contact the after-sales service department of our company, and do not repair it by yourself.
2. Before using the fume hood, turn on the exhaust fan before carrying out laboratory work in the fume hood.
3. When conducting low explosion and splash tests, the glass movable panel of the fume hood must be closed. It is strictly prohibited to conduct highly explosive tests in the fume hood to ensure the safety of the operator.
4. When operating the experiment, do not collide with any part of the body such as head, hand, or even other hard objects against the glass movable panel.
5. When using the fume hood, it must be operated on the working face. Do not conduct dangerous and toxic experiments outside the fume hood, so as to prevent the toxic gas from volatilizing indoors and endangering the safety of workers.
6. When using the electric furnace in the fume hood, it is recommended to pad asbestos pad or heat insulation board under the electric furnace.
7. After the experimental operation, the exhaust fan shall continue to operate for about 1-2 minutes to ensure that all toxic gases and residual waste gases in the cabinet are discharged.
8. After the experiment is completed, turn off all power supplies, clean the fume hood, remove the sundries and solutions splashed on the table or side plate, and do not clean it when it is charged or the motor is running.
