1、 What are the design and planning of biochemical laboratory?
1. The surface of the test bench shall be impermeable, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant.
2. The required vacuum pump shall be placed in the laboratory. The vacuum pipeline must be equipped with on-line high efficiency filter.
3. Steel cylinders such as compressed air shall be placed outside the laboratory. The pipeline passing through the enclosure and the enclosure must be sealed with non shrinking sealing material. The gas pipeline must be equipped with on-line high-efficiency filter and backflow prevention device.
4. The laboratory shall be equipped with eye washer and other devices.
5. The laboratory exit shall be provided with luminous indication signs.
6. Communication system must be set inside and outside the laboratory.
7. Laboratory furniture shall be firm. For easy cleaning, a certain gap shall be maintained between various laboratory furniture and laboratory equipment. There shall be a special test bench cabinet for biological waste containers. The edges, corners and protruding parts of laboratory furniture and laboratory equipment shall be smooth and free of burrs, and arc shape is appropriate.
2、 The following factors should be considered in the construction standard of biochemical laboratory design
1. Evacuation, evacuation, escape, smooth, unobstructed and safe passage; Generally, the door of biochemical laboratory is mainly opened inward, but if a room with explosion risk is set, the door should be opened outward, and the door material is preferably pressure glass. The ventilation of the laboratory and the escape passage shall be kept smooth as far as possible.
2. Ergonomics (front, back, left and right workspace), the perfect coordination between the equipment and the operating space of scientific and technological workers reflects the scientific and humanized planning and design. According to international ergonomic standards. 3. The floor height of the laboratory should be 3.7m-4.0m, the net height should be 2.7m-2.8m, and the net height of the laboratory with special requirements such as cleanliness, pressure gradient, constant temperature and humidity should be 2.5m-2.7m (excluding ceiling); The clear width of the laboratory corridor should be 2.5m-3.0m. The double door width of ordinary laboratory should be 1.1m-1.5m (asymmetric opposite door), and the single door width should be 0.8m-0.9m.
